Responsible for growing Medicaid and related business by marketing primarily to nursing homes and other long-term care facilities. Meet with and build business with long-term care facilities and other industry sources in order to grow business Medicaid referrals. Learn about Medicaid and VA benefits to discuss with long-term care facilities. Train for and meet with prospective Medicaid application families as needed in long-term care facilities. Help with elder law intake with new and prospective clients. Visit clients and prospective clients at long-term care facilities for signing documents and gathering information. Maintain a list of business sources and prospect lists to build a strategy to grow referral business. Strategize with the law firm director of marketing on cultivating referral business and stewardship of existing business. All other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in long-term care marketing/related experience
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with long-term care facilities and industry partners.
  • Desire to learn and be a part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to strategize and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance referral business.
  • Comfortable meeting with clients and prospects in various settings, including long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Growing Medicaid and related business by marketing primarily to nursing homes and other long-term care facilities.
