There are 5 different homes where staff have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of Elders through engaging in daily care, eating with elders, walking in the beautiful garden, and participating in activities in and outside our homes. How you'll contribute A Elder Associate (CNA) who excels in this role: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
