About The Position

In-person tutors will be supporting 6th Graders in ELA State Exam preparation, working Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The tutor will provide targeted small-group and push-in instruction focused on reading comprehension, constructed responses, test-taking strategies, and skill reinforcement aligned to state exam standards.

• Strong Academics: Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school and participate in monthly training.
