- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards.
- Foster a love of reading and writing through diverse literary selections and writing assignments.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess student performance through a variety of evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and curriculum development.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic progress and classroom expectations.
