EKG Technician The EKG Tech will perform electrocardiograms, Holter Monitors, arterial dopplers, exercise stress tests and related cardiology procedures. Additionally requiring, typing transcription (dictaphone and written), filing, charting and other assigned duties. We're glad you're here. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year certificate EKG course at Career College or equivalent work experience
  • Must be customer-service oriented and able to effectively communicate and build relationships with co-workers and key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
  • Professionalism in interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with colleagues, physicians and ancillary department personnel is required

Nice To Haves

  • Certification as an Electrocardiology Tech or Cardiovascular Tech preferred
