Requirements
- Field experience in EHS or safety inspection roles
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to build trust and accountability with frontline crews
Responsibilities
- Perform field safety inspections and audits on active job sites
- Identify hazards, ensure proper use of PPE, and promote safe work practices
- Communicate safety expectations clearly and professionally to field teams
- Document inspections, track findings, and follow up on corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal company procedures
