The role ensures full regulatory compliance while embedding a high-performance EHS culture that supports operational excellence, workforce wellbeing, and sustainable business performance. Operational Engagement: maintaining a strong shop-floor presence, supporting frontline leaders, and ensuring practical risk control. Governance and Assurance: acting as the site authority for compliance, audits, and regulatory engagement. Crisis Leadership: acting as the EHS lead during emergencies, major incidents, and critical risk events. The role has full authority to intervene, stop work, escalate issues, and require corrective actions where risk is unacceptable.
