Requirements

  • 5+ years of Health, Safety & Environmental experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management or Industrial Hygiene (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, PSM, and RMP regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and ready to take ownership.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management or Industrial Hygiene (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Driving employee engagement and accountability to foster a Safety-First culture.
  • Partnering with managers and supervisors to strengthen safety initiatives and build trust.
  • Leading audits, inspections, and compliance programs to keep us ahead of regulations.
  • Guiding new employees through safety orientation and onboarding.
  • Conducting Job Safety & Hazard Analyses to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Managing incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Overseeing hazardous waste storage, disposal, and reduction efforts.
  • Maintaining accurate EHS documentation, Safety Data Sheets, and compliance logs.
  • Supporting emergency response efforts and providing first aid guidance.
