Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8 years of EHS experience
• Experience leading EHS programs in an occupational environment
• Experience leading teams or direct people management
• Strong leader who builds trust to achieve desired results
• Experience in identifying, evaluating and controlling EHS hazards in the workplace
• Knowledge of state and federal EHS regulations and an ability to quickly interpret regulatory issues and provide a recommended course of action is required

Nice To Haves

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in science, engineering or other technical field
• People Leader experience with multiple direct reports
• Experience in an FDA/GMP environment
• Certifications such as PE, CIH, CSP

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to cultivate strong environmental, health & safety (EHS) performance by encouraging employee engagement and shared ownership for EHS programs
• Grow the EHS team through effective coaching and robust talent development plans
• Coordinate continual improvements to the EHS management system to maintain ISO 14001 certification
• Facilitate EHS program compliance against Kenvue and regulatory standards by identifying program gaps and implementing action plans
• Support environmental permit applications and serve as the facility liaison for EHS regulatory agencies such as PA DEP and OSHA

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $124,100.00 - $175,200.00
