We’re looking for an experienced EHS Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. The successful candidate will be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to Norway or Finland

Requirements

Extensive experience in a EHS Manager role on major construction projects
Experience working in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments

Nice To Haves

Experience working on data centre/technology project experience preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

Provide direction and support for implementation of the EHS & Security Plan
Verify that the project/site-specific EHS procedures protect personnel and the general public.
Hold line management accountable for EHS Management System implementation and performance.
Encourage the proactive involvement of all personnel in executing the EHS program.
Oversee EHS performance on the project/site.
Review incident records and verify that all follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure incidents where personal injuries occur are thoroughly and appropriately investigated and ensure closure of subsequent action items.
Participate in audits and weekly planned inspections of the site and ensure closure of subsequent action items.
Continuously monitor Arcadis and contractor EHS performance indicators and project / site inspection reports.
Conduct performance evaluations to include personal EHS involvement and performance.
