Position Overview: The EHS Coordinator (Part Time) is responsible for assisting EHS team with non-technical work activities. Ideal Candidate: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Required to be onsite Monday-Friday in Hobart, Indiana Ability to accomodate a part-time work schedule Pay Rate : $20.00-$25.00/hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in a data entry position.
• MS Office skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the EHS team, including filing, creating documents, and data entry
• Organizes and maintains safety and training records
• Prepares departmental correspondence.
• Create shipping requests and mail out all safety related items
• Keep safety related stock at or above minimum count.
• Use customer databases to input required information.
