Key Responsibilities Conduct daily site audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence. Develop and deliver safety curriculum via LMS and in-person sessions for staff and supervisors. Manage HSE documentation, JHA assessments, and PPE recommendations. Partner with management to analyze safety data and reduce accident rates. Qualifications 1–2 years in Safety/Compliance; 2+ years of management experience preferred. High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety preferred. OSHA 30-hour or 501/511 (Required within 6 months of hire). Proficient in MS Office; experience with KPA or similar EHS platforms preferred. EMS, EMT, or medical background is a plus. Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
