The Employee Health and Safety Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state, and local occupational health and safety regulations. This role will lead efforts to proactively identify risks, implement safety policies, conduct training, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. The specialist works closely with the EHS manager, operations, HR, and management teams to promote a culture of safety, health, and well-being for all employees. Applicants are not allowed to own any kind of birds due to the risk of possible disease transmission.
