About The Position

Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full time detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support an Oracle Health Electronic Health Record (EHR) upgrade project. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple critical activities that support the successful planning, configuration, validation, and go-live execution of the EHR upgrade. The candidate will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, vendor contacts, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT project coordination or project management.
• Familiarity with Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR, especially system upgrade cycles or implementation.
• Strong understanding of EHR workflows, system configuration, and clinical operations.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
• Experience with Oracle Health tools such as Discern Explorer, MPages, CareAware, etc.
• Prior experience coordinating EHR upgrade validation or code level management.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's in Health Science Preferred.
