About The Position

The EHR Forms Integration Analyst supports the development, coordination, and integration of clinical and administrative forms across the hospital system, ensuring seamless alignment with workflows, regulatory compliance, and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Maintains documentation standards, optimizes form usability, and supports the transition from paper to electronic formats. Works closely with clinical teams, HIM leadership, Print Services, and EHR/IT teams to deliver high-quality, accessible documentation tools. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in health information management, clinical documentation, or EHR-related work required.
  • Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality
  • Use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, InDesign)
  • Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position
  • Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
  • Work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
  • Collaborate and accept direction
  • Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone
