The Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Prevention Coordinator is responsible for serving as a technical assistance provider and project support to sub-recipients of Federal Ending the HIV Epidemic funds to improve HIV care outcomes. The Coordinator uses standardized tools to identify barriers to successful program implementation, shares the identified barriers with DHH colleagues and leadership, and delivers technical assistance to programs based on evidence-based improvement modalities. The Coordinator collaborates with DHH staff, including the Program Services Unit, when providing technical assistance. The Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) PS24-0047 Prevention Coordinator liaises between DHH units to advance deliverables related to PS24-0047 activities across DHH. This person will maintain grant implementation timelines and ensure timely reporting as required under PS24-0047. The Coordinator will also ensure, along with the EHE Advisor, the integration of CDC PS24-0047 and PDPH DHH’s existing portfolio of HIV care, prevention, and surveillance in local EHE efforts. The Coordinator will participate in activities with the CDC Joint Monitoring Team. The Coordinator reports to the Prevention Program manager, who will provide regular supervision meetings and review of work products.
