We are opening a new manufacturing facility in Blaine, MN, to support our expanding Data Solutions business. We are looking for hardworking individuals like you to join our dynamic team. Be part of our journey to shape the future and grow with us! This position is based in Blaine, MN, and our new facility will open in early 2026. Upon hire, onboarding and training will be held at our facility in Anoka, MN until the Blaine facility opens. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Program Development: Support the design and implementation of a comprehensive EHS management system (ISO 14001/45001) tailored to the new site's specific operations. Permitting & Compliance: Secure and manage necessary environmental permits (Air, Water, Waste) and ensure 100% compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Risk Assessment: Lead Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) for all new equipment and processes. Training & Culture: Support a culture of safety through delivery of foundational safety orientation for all new hires, fostering a proactive culture where every employee is a safety owner. Lead monthly safety training topics for all employee meetings, and stay updated on evolving EHS regulations, trends, and technologies, ensuring the company remains ahead of the curve. Emergency Response: Support the site's emergency action plans, including fire life safety, first aid teams, and spill response protocols. Provide EHS/ESG data requests for customers ensuring accuracy and compliance with nVent policies and develop and publish transparent ESG and EHS reports for internal and external audiences. Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, including partnerships with customers and organizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles and EHS standards into business processes and decision-making. YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field required. Ideally 3+ years of experience in an industrial setting with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental compliance. Experience managing customer requests. Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS programs. Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $76,000.00 - $141,100.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
