Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of EH&S programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as RTX policies and procedures.
  • Conduct workplace safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the implementation of training programs to educate employees on EH&S policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in risk assessments and support the development of mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and documentation.
  • Support emergency response planning, drills, and incident investigations as needed.
