SUMMARY The EH&S Coordinator is responsible for supporting safety and environmental policies and programs to ensure the business complies with all applicable standards and regulations. This role monitors security, hygiene, and environmental control practices to mitigate risks and prevent accidents across service operations. The EH&S Coordinator will coordinate appropriate actions with a third-party administrator for all Worker’s Compensation claims, assist in preparing training materials and communications, and support incident investigations by researching reports and recommending corrective actions under the guidance of the Sr. Environmental Health and Safety Manager. DECISION QUALITY: Gather and apply relevant data to support EH&S strategies. Drive simplification and partner cross-functionally to resolve complex issues that impact current and future business needs. ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Perform the EH&S function in keeping with ITW values, develop and maintain a working knowledge and use of the ITW toolbox.
