EGYM Specialist
About The Position
The Hutto Family YMCA has a full-time opportunity for an EGYM Specialist. We are seeking a customer service rock star! This person will enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds and will help ensure member retention. The successful candidate will be available to work varied hours to connect with all of our members and guests. The EGYM Specialist will focus on the all new EGYM program as well as member engagement. They will implement an EGYM onboarding schedule, communicate with staff and members, and reach budgeted goals under the direction of the Executive Director. The EGYM Specialist will also meet and greet YMCA members and guests, promote and communicate programs, assist with hands on hours at the welcome center desk and assist in daily operations of the fitness department to ensure a quality experience is had by all who use our facility.
Requirements
- Strong Relationship and Customer Service Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Sales Experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing or other related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist Fitness Director with creating and implementing an EGYM onboarding schedule
- Responsible for EGYM program communication
- Recruit/Sell EGYM packages
- Complete 15-20 EGYM onboardings per week
- Responsible for EGYM success follow ups
- Creates a Monthly EGYM newsletter
- Coordinates EGYM Events
- Meet and greet members and guests
- Supervise and promote Seniors Programs, Social Events & Activities
- Communicate with members to reach monthly goals
- Meet budgeting expectations
- Actively promote and operate programs within the guidelines established by the Core Department group
