Requirements

  • Active EFDA license for Pennsylvania (Or expected in the next 3 months)
  • CPR certification (in-house training available)
  • PA X-Ray License
  • Strong communication skills to foster team spirit and ease patient concerns
  • Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience using dental software, including Open Dental

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for procedures and ensure comfort.
  • Take radiographs for diagnostics.
  • Set up and maintain treatment rooms.
  • Review and update patient dental records.
  • Assist with placing and contouring fillings.
  • Support in placing sealants and restorations.
  • Able to complete coronal polishing, fluoride applications, and oral hygiene education.
  • Sterilize equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients
