About The Position

All bargaining unit and exempt new hires to ODOT must serve a one-year probationary period. The selection process for this position will include a structured interview. Candidate responses to the interview questions will be scored and the selection will be made in accordance with the OCSEA/AFSCME Contract. This position is overtime eligible based on FLSA Standards. If this position is filled internally, the wage rate will be determined in accordance with the contract. Background Check: The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. An individual assessment of an applicant's prior criminal convictions will be made before excluding an applicant from consideration.
