The mission of GWU Hospital is to provide the highest quality of healthcare, advanced medical technology, and world class service to its patients in an academic medical center dedicated to education and research We are seeking an EEG Technologist EEG Surgical Technologist To meet the needs of the patient and to support the Department by performing a variety of clinical tests and monitoring procedures in the Neurophysiology Labs. Monitoring and testing are performed throughout the hospital: Epilepsy Unit, NICU, Operating Room, Radiology Suites, and Intensive care units. Ability to communicate pertinent information effectively to Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, and other appropriate personnel. To maintain, clean and calibrate equipment and maintain all records necessary. Requirements

Board Registration in related field or eligibility to sit for boards within given timeframe.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the clinical Neurophysiology field
Fundamental computer skills and keyboard familiarity
Able to speak and write English Fluently
Demonstrated communication, organization and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of medical terminology

Responsibilities
