We’re looking for a dedicated Lead Teacher Administrator to join our South End team, guided by an experienced Director and united by shared values of teamwork, passion, and growth. Salary Ranges: $56,000 to $58,000 per year for EEC Qualified Candidates. This role is 50% in classrooms and 50% supporting whole school operations with the Director. As the Lead Teacher Administrator of our South End School, you will partner with the Director to create a thriving, healthy learning environment for our children and staff. Through strong communication skills—both written and verbal—you will inspire teamwork, leadership, and transparency across the school and within our broader network. Requirements

Must pass required state and company background checks.
Must be EEC Lead Teacher Qualified; Director Certification (DII qualification) preferred.
3+ years of experience in early childhood education.
Strong understanding of play-based learning and social-emotional development.
Demonstrated commitment to kindness, respect, and community engagement.
Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
