Salary Ranges: $56,000 to $58,000 per year for EEC Qualified Candidates. This role is 50% in classrooms and 50% supporting whole school operations with the Director. As the Lead Teacher Administrator of our South End School, you will partner with the Director to create a thriving, healthy learning environment for our children and staff. Through strong communication skills—both written and verbal—you will inspire teamwork, leadership, and transparency across the school and within our broader network. Requirements

• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• Must be EEC Lead Teacher Qualified; Director Certification (DII qualification) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of play-based learning and social-emotional development.
• Demonstrated commitment to kindness, respect, and community engagement.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
• Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
