WHAT YOU'LL DO Key person to ensure test equipment and electronic materials movement across sites is accurately transacted for each move. Maintain EE lab inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages. Support in souring material for test equipment build and EE lab inventory. Support logistic activity for calibration of electrical and/or mechanical test equipment. Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Operate forklifts (certified a plus), pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items Safely transport, load, and unload delicate test equipment , test racks and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools. Collaborates with internal departments to resolve issues with missing packages, incorrect deliveries, and damaged products.

Requirements

3+ years as a warehouse associate, material handling or equivalent role.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to pivot quickly between tasks and prioritize simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting equipment maintenance
Advanced use of MS Word, Excel, Slack, Outlook; other productivity tools
Written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Forklift experience and license
Ability to carry 50 pounds for short periods of time.
Experience with shipping, receiving, and kitting is highly preferred.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding for receiving and deployment documentation for domestic and international shipments.
Working knowledge of ERP system.
Experience packaging and handling hazardous shipments.
Excellent customer service skills.
Familiarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch tracking.
