The US Vehicle Integration team at Mercedes-Benz is pivotal in establishing the brand's technological leadership in the US luxury market. The team works collaboratively to drive innovation by translating US customer feedback into impactful propositions, focusing on software-defined vehicles and thorough testing across various domains, including infotainment, connected car, E/E systems, and BEV/HEV charging technologies. Together with supporting Mercedes-Benz North America vehicle workshops and operations, their efforts ensure a seamless customer experience that uphold Mercedes-Benz's high standards. MBRDNA is seeking an EE Integration Release Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards of our Mercedes-Benz vehicles during the development cycle, with a focus in electric vehicles, infotainment and telematics systems. The engineer’s testing roles and responsibilities are in the area of overall vehicle EE systems (Telematics integration, AD integration, on/off-board testing) from a customer’s point of view. Project Management will be the central function of this role for EE Integration test drives, EE updates, defect management and becoming an expert in overall EE systems from an end user point of view. The testing will be conducted with prototype vehicles and the focus will be on Mercedes-Benz passenger cars. The engineer will have the opportunity to travel domestically to complete necessary testcases in different regions of the US. The engineer should be consistently engaged in customer feedback, market changes and business priorities as per ISO-9001 standards. This position provides daily challenges in a collaborative work environment where people enjoy working together. In 2026, MBRDNA is establishing a Technical Center in Atlanta, GA. The engineer will be positioned in Atlanta beginning in July 2026 and will work from Long Beach, CA from the date of hire until the date of relocation.
