About The Position
A leading law firm is actively seeking a Patent Agent to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. This is an extraordinary opportunity to work on cutting -edge technologies in electrical, and software -related fields. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, along with a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. Preferred experience includes patent prosecution in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Semiconductor manufacturing and Packaging. Requirements
- Work in Denver office
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience in drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications in electrical, and software -related technologies.
- Eligibility to practice before the USPTO.
- Strong academic credentials, writing ability, interpersonal, and communication skills.
