About The Position

The Teacher Training Operations Manager oversees the systems, logistics, and growth engine of Pilates Addiction’s national Educator Certification Program. This position ensures every Teacher Training intensive is efficiently scheduled, staffed, and supported while driving enrollment growth through proactive sales outreach and exceptional candidate experience. As Pilates Addiction continues its rapid national expansion, this role will be critical in scaling our Pilates educator pipeline converting prospective trainees into participants, coordinating our educator trainer network, and ensuring a seamless and inspiring training journey from first inquiry through certification.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in education program operations, business development, or training logistics.
  • Proven success in lead management, phone or consultative sales, and customer conversion.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating national or multi-site training programs preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and LMS platforms, with comfort analyzing and presenting performance data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-scaling organization.
  • Passion for Pilates, movement education, and supporting the growth of a national fitness brand.
  • Must be able to demonstrate and/or assist with Pilates-based exercises as part of educator training activities.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including bending, stretching, reaching, and standing for extended periods during training sessions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer when managing scheduling, reporting, and communications.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving of equipment or training materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed to support in-person training intensives, franchise visits, trade shows/conferences, or corporate education events.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with trainees, trainers, and franchise partners both in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound teacher training inquiries.
  • Conduct engaging phone and email outreach to prospective educator trainees, providing program details and personalized follow-up.
  • Ensure every prospective educator receives an exceptional and informed introduction to the Pilates Addiction brand, maintaining professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm in all communications.
  • Manage and nurture prospective educator leads through CRM and pipeline tracking to convert interest into enrollment.
  • Track and report lead conversion metrics, identifying high-performing marketing channels and trends in prospective educator interest.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns, messaging, and lead generation for teacher training programs.
  • Support franchisees by guiding their local candidates through the enrollment process and coordinating next available training sessions.
  • Serve as a key liaison for franchise owners and managers regarding educator training offerings, candidate eligibility, and onboarding timelines.
  • Develop and manage the national calendar of Educator Training intensives, ensuring efficient geographic coverage aligned with growth priorities.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and scheduling for the Educator Trainer team and participants.
  • Oversee participant registration, onboarding, and communication from enrollment through certification.
  • Oversee participant payment plans, discount applications, and credit tracking in collaboration with Finance to ensure accuracy and clarity for all trainees.
  • Serve as primary liaison for host studios supporting intensives, ensuring readiness of facilities, schedules, and equipment.
  • Maintain strong communication loops between corporate education, teacher trainers, and franchise operations to guarantee smooth execution of all intensives.
  • Manage and expand the network of Educator Trainers and Master Trainers across regions.
  • Oversee trainer assignments and scheduling to ensure consistent delivery of the Pilates Addiction method.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication and performance feedback within the trainer network.
  • Partner with the VP of Educator Training to establish and maintain consistent teaching standards across all regions.
  • Act as internal product owner for the learning management system (LMS): coordinate with external vendors as needed for course builds, updates, and reporting.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience within Pilates Addiction University/ LMS from initial onboarding to certification, coordinating with LMS support for account setup, troubleshooting, and participant success.
  • Monitor completion data, generate reports, and identify opportunities to improve the online learning journey.
  • Partner with other members of Educator Training Operations team to ensure alignment between training outcomes and in-studio educator performance.
  • Work closely with franchise operations and recruiting vendors to synchronize educator onboarding and regional training needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to maintain unified communication and reporting on educator development metrics.
  • Track and report key performance metrics including lead conversion, enrollment volume, completion rates, and trainer utilization.
  • Build and manage annual budgets for training operations (travel, materials, LMS, trainer compensation).
  • Provide monthly reporting to leadership on pipeline health, training progress, and cost performance.
