This is a hybrid position with an onsite requirement of 75% or more depending on department and stakeholder needs. In this role, you’ll coordinate, instruct and evaluate high‑impact learning experiences for resident physicians, medical students and other health professions learners, partnering with residency programs to bring curricula to life and facilitate hands‑on skills/procedure sessions. You thrive on ownership and collaboration—comfortable jumping in to translate course designs into polished delivery, using video and photography to give actionable feedback, and working seamlessly across departments and community partners. Equally important, you bring operational rigor: managing records and data collection, supporting budget processes, orchestrating schedules and logistics, and overseeing training technologies and simulation equipment with meticulous attention to detail.
