Participates in organizational educational needs assessments and quality improvement activities. Works with department managers in a consultative role to assist with educational and competency efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Three years continuous nursing experience, with Medical/Surgical or Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
Current Washington State RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

Previous teaching or staff development experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
