Educational Paraprofessional Position
About The Position
A Paraeducator position is available at Valley Regional High School for the Transition Academy. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to; collaborate in multiple educational settings, to work with students with academic and behavioral needs, be flexible, maintain confidentiality, and show passion and enthusiasm for their assignment. Experience working with a wide range of related service providers and support staff to meet the needs of diverse learners preferred. Experience in DTI, behavior management, and inclusion preferred. 33.75 hours a week.
Requirements
- Earned a secondary school diploma, or its equivalent.
- Must have completed 2 years of study at an institution of higher education, OR Earned an Associate's Degree (or higher), OR Achieve at least a score of 457 on the ETS ParaPro Assessment.
