Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• Current MA State Teaching License/Certification in Severe Disabilities or MA License in Special Education Administrator.
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.

• Staff Development: Oversee the MCAS process by helping guide teachers to complete portfolios and prepare for on‑demand testing. Actively participate in the interview process for teachers and paraprofessionals to drive staff growth.
• Collaboration: Join forces with educational and clinical experts to drive innovation in designing individualized curriculum and implementing robust behavior support plans.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Guide staff to help monitor students’ progress through data collection and analysis of IEPs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize outcomes. Your avid analysis will drive our success.
