About The Position

This role sits at the center of our EMS education, onboarding, and compliance world. If you like organized chaos, meaningful details, and being the person everyone relies on to keep things moving, this job may be a great fit. We’re looking for a highly versatile Administrative Assistant in our Education and Training department, with shared responsibilities in our Orientation Program. Think part administrative assistant, part licensing and compliance specialist, and part problem solver. This person keeps our education programs compliant, our new hires supported, and our training records up to date and accurate. EMS or RN experience is a big plus because understanding how the system works matters here. You’ll work closely with education and HR leadership, department managers, and new team members. Some days you’ll be coordinating orientation logistics. Other days you’ll be deep in certification tracking or pulling reports that help leadership see how our programs are performing. This is not a desk-only role. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and important.

Requirements

  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • You don’t panic when things change and you’re comfortable working with data, systems, and people.
  • You know how to follow rules and also understand why they exist.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in EMS education, clinical operations, or healthcare licensing is a strong advantage.
  • EMT, Paramedic, or RN experience is especially valuable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, task and inventory management systems is extremely valuable.
