About The Position

The Education Systems Coordinator will be responsible for providing software operational support to all Dorsey College Holdings and Lindenwood Holdings, LLC. The Education Systems Coordinator is also responsible for various reporting and analysis functions related to overall operations.

  • Sound understanding of computer software systems and software user skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, Eversign, Zoom, Blackboard, SharePoint, Canvas, SMART and CampusVue/CampusNexus software programs preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or other education technology platforms (e.g. CampusNexus/CampusVue/Anthology, Canvas, CourseKey)
  • Experience managing system configurations, including academic calendars, terms, program structures, billing rules, and user permissions
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy, audit records, and troubleshoot discrepancies involving enrollment, schedules, tuition, or attendance
  • Working knowledge of higher‑education compliance requirements, including accreditation, state, federal, and VA reporting standards
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis, including running audits, generating institutional reports, and supporting compliance needs
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose system issues and coordinate solutions across departments
  • Excellent communication and training abilities, with experience supporting or guiding end‑users
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with Compliance, Financial Aid, Academics, and Operations to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant processes
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple systems or priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide computer and account support to all employees and students.
  • Provide desktop and operational support for software utilized including, but not limited to, Eversign, Zoom, Blackboard, SharePoint, Canvas, SMART, CourseKey and Anthology software.
  • Configure, update and maintain Anthology software, web client, and portals to ensure accuracy for all regulators, registration, parent term validation, credit hour changes, attendance checks, program versions, terms, start dates, holidays/calendars, security group management, activities & documents, scheduled activities & documents, all configuration changes, closing terms, using SQL for DNC updates (monthly and weekly), using SQL for student email updates.
  • Provide support to facilitate the resolution of issues such as incorrect enrollment statuses, print schedules, reverse withdraws, merging and/or deleting records, correct attendance issues, re-enters that cancel, transfer hours, course substitutions, reassigning/cancelling activities, etc.
  • Provide Canvas support and updates such as adding new courses, new sections, new instructors, new students, and new enrollments, process daily enrollment changes, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with campus and campus support center staff as well as external partners to identify and reconcile data abnormalities and errors.
  • Prepare and analyze reports as assigned for various departments within the Campus Support Center.
  • Assist project teams with technical/software issues in the planning and implementation phases of projects such as new programs or new courses.
  • Perform essential functions in compliance with current Department of Education (DOE), State, and Accreditation guidelines, assuring 100% adherence.
  • Communicate effectively and demonstrate the highest levels of integrity at all/ times, in accordance with Dorsey College’s company policies, values, and mission.
  • All other duties as assigned.
