The Education Resource Specialist is based out of Austin, TX position within the Cardiac Rhythm Management Division. This is a fully onsite role. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats. Using agility, creativity, and strong project management skills the Education Resource Specialist is responsible for identifying and uncovering new CRM training needs from Clinical, R&D, Marketing, Professional Education, Field Training, and Commercial stakeholders. The primary focus of the role will be driving implementation of standardized education programs into each geography across the global. The incumbent is responsible for following standard best practices and design training solutions, including tracking and measurement components. Additionally, the focus of this role is to aid in the development and implementation of internal and external training programs for new product launches and training needs. The Global Education Launch Specialist may assist in: developing and maintaining content for either in-person, digital, or virtual engagements; the delivery of the training as either a trainer or in a train-the trainer capacity; evaluating the impact of the training after delivery; and driving a cycle of continuous improvement. Leveraging a passion for training, the individual will deploy adult learning techniques and instructional design principles to develop a comprehensive and blended training curriculum that includes instructor-led training, digital learning modalities, and hands-on/simulation opportunities. This role is global-facing and all developed training content should be deployable around-the-world with minimal modifications to help foster a single curriculum and a consistent training experience for all trainees.
