About The Position

We are seeking a flexible, caring, and dedicated floater teacher to join our early childhood education team! This position supports multiple classrooms ranging from infants through Pre-K, helping to maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with children of various ages, adapts easily, and is passionate about helping them learn and grow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing needs throughout the day
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support lead and assistant teachers in daily classroom routines
• Supervise children to ensure safety and well‑being at all times
• Engage children in play, learning activities, and established curriculum
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and follow health & safety procedures
• Assist with diapering, potty training, meal times, and transitions
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Step into different classrooms as needed throughout the day
