About The Position
Reporting to the Senior Program Director, you will be a vital link between organizational strategy and day-to-day operations. You will oversee Veggielution’s Environmental Education, Farm Education, and Food Business programs, ensuring high-quality implementation for East San José residents. This role is perfect for a leader who enjoys coaching staff, designing culturally responsive curricula, and coordinating cross-program initiatives that connect farming, nature, and local entrepreneurship.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in program management or coordination, including experience supervising staff, interns, or volunteers.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role.
- Strong organizational skills with mastery of Google Workspace and project management tools like Asana and Slack.
- Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation/data tracking.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with food systems, urban agriculture, or workforce development is highly preferred.
