Requirements

• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!

Responsibilities

• Bring the magic! Deliver enthusiastic, passionate guest service while living the Merlin Values every day.
• Lead fun, engaging talks and animal interaction sessions that wow guests of all ages.
• Keep the aquarium sparkling clean and safe, including managing guest lines with care and positivity.
• Create unforgettable experiences by actively engaging guests with boundless energy and top-tier customer service.
• Support daily operations by running VR pods (18+), completing required screenings, and following opening/closing procedures.
