Responsibilities

  • Support the current Learning Management System, NaphCare University and video management systems.
  • Ensure accessibility, operation, and integrity of NaphCare University
  • Be the designated SME regarding the use, functionality, and updates to the learning and video management systems.
  • Provide support and resolve issues for learners utilizing the system such as resetting passwords.
  • Resolve issues by acting as LMS/e-campus technical support to students and/or faculty as required.
  • Produce reports and transcripts as requested.
  • Maintain user accounts and student enrollment processes in the LMS.
  • Provide administrative access to site leaders and provide instruction on working in the LMS.
  • Managing job titles/types
  • Creating departments/locations
  • Building courses using CREATE, Articulate, Zoom, and Camtasia
  • Publishing content into NCU
  • Assisting with IT security audits
  • Organize educational content to assist with legal requests, onboarding new hires, and NCCHC surveys.
  • Work closely with the Education Team to provide cohesive transitions from an educational standpoint when new contracts are acquired.
