About The Position

The Salvation Army’s Boston Kroc Center is hiring an Education Coordinator. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, non-exempt position located at the Kroc Center Boston in Dorchester, MA, with a pay range of $23 - $26 per hour, varying based on experience and qualifications. Requirements

• two to four years of progressive leadership experience in education
• at least two years of experience in developing, planning, managing and supervising education programs
• at least two years of experience developing and administering budgets for education programs
• ability to supervise a professional staff consisting of individuals with varying experience, competency and cultural backgrounds
• ability to conduct workshops on a variety of education related topics
• excellent computer skills and competency with software such as Microsoft Office Applications and/or appropriate desktop applications and hardware such as computers, printers, projectors and smart boards
• High level of confidentiality, discretion and judgment

• Classroom teaching and/or educational administration experience is preferred
