About The Position

As the Education and Training Content Creator, you will support the mission of the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County by designing, producing, and delivering high-impact multimedia content for education and training programs. This role combines creative media production, including videography, editing, and graphic design with instructional design and curriculum development for learning and development. You will collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive branding and effective training aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Education, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in content creation including videography, editing, graphic design, animation/motion graphics.
  • OR Combined education and experience qualifications: An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and job-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis
  • Knowledge of: Effective storytelling and instructional design strategies
  • Multimedia production and publication design
  • Adult learning theory and curriculum development
  • Marketing and communication strategies
  • AI video & audio tools
  • Skill in: Videography, editing, and graphic design
  • Designing and delivering content for education and training programs
  • The use of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lighting
  • Experience designing and facilitating training programs using adult learning principles
  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, LMS systems)
  • Knowledge of digital learning best practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and create content for multimedia training programs for internal Branch staff, volunteers (Pro Tems, mediators, arbitrators), legal professionals, self-represented litigants, and public branch users (jurors, people involved in court programs, etc.).
  • Design and produce videos, graphics, and digital content for learning and education purposes on multiple platforms and for diverse audiences.
  • Produce video projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and Instructional Developers to create education, training materials, and curriculum.
  • Attend events, including in-person and virtual training sessions to capture and record media content for future use, in support of education and training initiatives.
  • Maintain cohesive branding across all content for alignment with Judicial Branch branding guidelines.
  • Manage project tracking and prioritization for content creation using spreadsheets or other tracking tools.
  • Support SharePoint and LMS platforms with updated content and resources
  • Lead innovation in media and learning strategies across the Judicial Branch
  • Assists internal and external stakeholders with other special projects related to education and training content as assigned.
