We are looking for a passionate Education and Engagement Lead, Trainer to join our Digital Accessibility team As an Education and Engagement Lead, Trainer within our Digital Accessibility Team, you will help achieve our team’s mission: to raise awareness of, skills in, and engagement with Accessibility across Consumer Community Banking, and beyond. You will also assume a leadership role, heading and coordinating all trainings and education conducted by the Engagement team to ensure cohesion, efficiency, and efficacy. This role provides an opportunity to advocate for digital inclusivity and to shape the accessibility of our products, making a significant impact on users of all abilities.
