Ednovate Alumni Summer Internship

About The Position

As a Summer Intern at Ednovate, you will be responsible for working with departments across the Support Team to directly assist schools as they get ready for the upcoming school year, including analyzing data, writing reports, organizing events, and managing logistics and operations. This role is an exciting opportunity for an Ednovate alum with a strong attention to detail and a problem solving orientation who is passionate about creating positive multigenerational change in a collaborative, results-oriented environment. This temporary, hourly role will report to a member of the Support Team. The application deadline for this role is April 10, 2026. When applying for a summer internship, candidates will be asked to select the work they are interested in supporting. Opportunities include: Academics: Assist with the closeout of our academic year and preparing for the arrival of teachers in July, including updating assessments, compiling and organizing documents and other resources, and supporting with new hire orientation. College and Alumni: Support with Decision Day planning and execution, competitive scholarship applications, and alumni data analysis. External Impact: Enhance community engagement by analyzing local data to improve internal surveys for community schools, ensure the ParentSquare communication system is operational for the new academic year, develop training materials for family engagement, and catalog community events. Facilities: Support classroom readiness and final inspections of Ednovate facilities, complete walkthroughs to verify planned maintenance and cleaning quality and support help desk follow-up and data management. Growth: Assist with outreach and community connection efforts in Orange County, as we build greater awareness of our growing Ednovate footprint. Human Resources: Assist with HR data and reporting, audit support, and employee record maintenance. Special Education: Coordinate resources, streamline communication with Special Education teachers, and contribute to summer planning. Talent Recruitment: Assist with sourcing new candidates, writing and layout for our talent newsletter, social media marketing, and new hire orientation.

Requirements

  • Alum of an Ednovate school, required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, required
  • Fluency working in Microsoft Office or Google Suite software platforms, required
  • Reliable access to transportation, required
  • A U.S. citizen or legal resident with the right to work in the U.S, required

Benefits

  • A competitive and transparent wage ($17.81/hour, depending on background and experience). NOTE: 2026-2027 salaries may be updated in March 2026.
