This role is an entry level position that works within the organization's EDI operations team by ensuring the accurate and timely exchange of electronic data between the company and its trading partners. This role involves monitoring EDI transactions, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to internal and external users. The EDI Support Analyst works closely with other members of the payer implementation and development operations teams to maintain and improve EDI processes.
