A member of the Connection Services team within Client Operations. You are responsible for monitoring the exchange of demographic and enrollment data between the WorkforceNow module and our customers’ third-party vendors (e.g., payroll processors, insurance carriers, third party administrators, etc.). You will: Support the Comprehensive Services team and clients by maintaining and troubleshooting any EDI/Carrier Connection errors that present themselves for clients and cases aligned to you. You will also work with internal partners, carriers, brokers and the client to support Open Enrollment throughout the year, especially at year-end by updating and scheduling OE files to ensure enrollments are submitted to the client’s benefit carriers timely.
