About The Position

THIS ROLE IS FULL-TIME ONSITE CADIDATE MUST RESIDE NEAR GAINSVILLE GEORGIA PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:  Develop EDI maps and processing routes.  Provide support in managing our EDI application interfaces and mapping.  Support Implementation team members with data needs.  Implement and management of new EDI trading partners.  Thoroughly monitor all in and outbound EDI transactions.  Identify and define reporting requirements during client implementation.  Work with internal departments to ensure development of new request is completed on schedule.  Verify accuracy of all in and outbound EDI data.  Manage and track exchange vendors.  Assist in troubleshooting EDI related issues.  Work at continuously improving existing processes and procedures.  Be able to lead EDI related initiatives within our company.  Work internally with various department heads, staff and SR Leadership. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS  Must have 2+ years of Edifecs Spec Builder and XEngine experience  Must have solid SQL development skills  Must have a solid understanding of HIPAA Edi transactions sets  Be able to interpret 837,835, 834, 820, 271, 270, and 997 transactions  Experience with EDI Retail Pharmacy Claim Transaction is a plus  Have a solid verbal and written communication skills  Be familiar with EDI transaction management systems  Related experience in healthcare and / or pharmacy is a plus PHYSICAL DEMANDS Requires sitting, standing and occasional light lifting Please note while this job description is a comprehensive overview, additional responsibilities may be part of the role. Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of Edifecs Spec Builder and XEngine experience
  • Must have solid SQL development skills
  • Must have a solid understanding of HIPAA Edi transactions sets
  • Be able to interpret 837,835, 834, 820, 271, 270, and 997 transactions
  • Have a solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Be familiar with EDI transaction management systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with EDI Retail Pharmacy Claim Transaction is a plus
  • Related experience in healthcare and / or pharmacy is a plus
