Role: Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) Are you a skilled and motivated EDDA looking to grow in a fast‑paced, supportive dental practice? Jones Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is excited to welcome a team‑focused Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to join our busy, patient‑centered office! Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience (preferred & required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certificates (as applicable): X‑Ray Coronal Polishing Expanded Duties Dental Assistant CPR
- Friendly, motivated, and team-oriented
- Detail‑driven with a passion for excellent patient care
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced yet supportive environment
- A problem-solver who brings a positive attitude every day
- A true team player with strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Assisting the doctor with high-quality clinical procedures
- Placing fillings, taking impressions, and performing expanded duties
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring a clean, safe environment
- Educating patients and supporting their treatment journey
- Bringing organization, positivity, and care to every interaction
- Updating and maintaining accurate patient records
- Taking and developing dental X-rays (per state regulations)
