Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support, IT, or related field, preferably within educational technology
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage multiple support requests
- Familiarity with common EdTech platforms, hardware, and network configurations
- Flexibility to work a 4-on, 4-off schedule, including overnight hours from 9 PM to 7 AM
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for educational technology tools and platforms during overnight hours
- Assist educators and students with hardware, software, and network issues related to educational technology
- Monitor system performance and ensure the stability and security of our EdTech infrastructure
- Document support requests and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with IT and educational teams to resolve complex technical issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EdTech products and emerging technologies relevant to the educational environment
