About The Position

Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania invites applications for temporary faculty positions (full-time one semester, part-time one semester or part-time academic year) as needs arise in the Department of Counseling and Educational Leadership for the Pk-12 Principal or Curriculum and Instruction Supervisory Certification programs. Courses may include: Intro to Educational Leadership, Organizational Behavior and Program Development, Curriculum Theory and Design, Supervision of Curriculum and Instruction, School Law, Ethics, and Finance, The Effective School Principal, , and/or other related courses. Requirements

• Qualified to teach graduate level courses and/or supervise internships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver instruction through multiple modes of instruction including: face to face, asynchronous, synchronous, distance education, or multi-modal/dual-location teaching.
• Hold office hours
• Engage with departmental faculty
• Attend department meetings
• Complete scholarly activities related to the position
• Engage in service activities.
